About AIM Institute

The Applied Information Management (AIM) Institute is a Nebraska not-for-profit membership organization created by a consortium of business, education and government entities to support and promote business growth related to information technology.
The mission of the AIM Institute is to provide information technology leadership to the greater Nebraska community by focusing, coordinating and synergizing the resources of our educational, governmental and private business partners.

The Institute focuses on emerging technologies and serves, as a catalyst for facilitating the changes and improvements necessary to meet the information technology needs of Nebraska businesses and their employees.

Funding for AIM comes from a variety of sources including commitments from corporate members which range from $5,000 to $1,000 annually. New members are always welcome. Income is also generated through subscriptions to CareerLink and other AIM activities. AIM receives funding from state, federal and private granting agencies and new opportunities for such partnerships are continuously explored.

AIM Institute

AIM Institute is a corporate partner helping TANN provide technology instruction to students of Northeast Nebraska.  AIM provides technology support, training, data gathering and evaluation support for this NSF project.  Schools involved in any grant writing initiatives might consider establishing a partnership with AIM.
