The mission of the Battle Creek Public School is to provide the students of our community the opportunity to master the skills, acquire the knowledge, and develop the social/emotional behaviors and attitudes necessary for them to become purposeful and respectful citizens who can successfully meet the challenges of a changing society. The Jr.-Sr. High School [a new constructed 8 million dollar facility that has 85,000+ square feet] is a Class C NSAA Classification, is North Central Accredited, has 267 students and a full time principal; the Elementary School has 179 students with an average class size of 20 and has a full time principal. 

Signs of excellence at Battle Creek Schools include a curriculum coordinator, a technology coordinator, five computer labs, computers in every room, a distance learning facility, Student Assistance Teams, a trained Crisis Response Team, and a School & Community Intervention Team.
